How do I customize my pet jewelry?
Customizing your pet jewelry is simple. Just select your preferred jewelry type on our product page, upload a clear photo of your pet, and place your order. We will do our utmost to create a piece that you'll love.
Do you only design portraits for cats?
Not at all. We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes, including dogs, horses, rabbits, and anything in between. All animals are welcome!
Can I customize jewelry with photos of multiple pets?
Yes, we can customize jewelry with photos of multiple pets. However, too many pets may affect the quality of the engraving, so we recommend dedicating one piece of jewelry to each pet for the best results.
Where can I check my order and shipping status?
After placing your order, we will send you an email with the details and updates on your order's status. Additionally, you can check the status of your order anytime on our website.
How do I take care of my customized jewelry?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. But due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns on customized product unless there is a defect or error in the order. We want you to be 100% happy with your order, so please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item if there is an issue, and we will do our best to resolve it.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun. However, once the production process has started, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
